Our company was created 2009 and was built on the belief that women are better physically, mentally and emotionally when living a fit life, and that all women should have access to a qualified personal trainer without having to spend a fortune. Training should be available to all, not just the rich. We bridge that gap and provide a unique environment that has helped over 12,000 women get FIT and lead healthy lives, while having FUN!
