“Absolutely love this class and my trainer Shannon! She is simply the best. I attend the 5 am class and love it. I am not a morning person at all but once I got used to the early mornings I love it! I’ve been attending the class for a year now and totally see myself continuing for many more. I love the energy of my trainer and the motivation she gives us all. There is a modification for every type of exercise if you think you just can’t do something or are just physically unable to at the time.
